Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the number and size of blood cells or hemoglobin concentration is below normal limits, consequently it can disrupt the capacity of the blood to carry oxygen around the body. To determine the effectiveness of iron supplementation in the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the clinic at the Tanete Public Health Center. This study is a research by taking data by taking samples by determining specific characteristics according to the research criteria so that it is expected to be able to answer research problems regarding the effectiveness of iron supplementation (fe) on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Tanete Public Health Center. Data in this study is obtained through note-taking techniques using a spreadsheet with a sample size of 42 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The research variable under study is a single variable. After administration of iron tablets or (Fe) 38 pregnant women (90.5%) with normal HB flasification and 3 pregnant women (7.1%) with mild HB flasification. From the results of the study, 42 samples of pregnant women who have anemia and after being given iron tablets (Fe) experience an increase in HB levels by 38 (90.5%), here it shows that iron (Fe) tablets are effective in pregnant women with anemia.

Abstract

Bengkung culture is a long strand of cloth that is wrapped around the waist many times until the end of the cloth runs out which is commonly used by post-natal mothers in Java and Bugis areas. The culture of using bengkung by some postpartum mothers in the Bontonyeleng Community Health Center is believed to be postnatal care and is believed to increase breast milk. The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the culture of bengkung on breast milk production at the Bontonyeleng Health Center which has a level of knowledge based on the understanding of the benefits and procedures for using bengkung. This type of research is descriptive with a survey research design. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents, the research instrument used a test sheet. The results of the study on 30 respondents in the working area of ??the Bontonyeleng Health Center had a level of knowledge in the category of less (100%). This is influenced by the level of education, age and occupation. In general, they believe that the use of jicama is used to produce breast milk, the information is obtained from close family even though they do not know the size of the type of cloth used. Medically, the use of jicama is not affected by the increase in breast milk production. Conclusion: the knowledge of postpartum mothers in the working area of ??the Bontonyeleng Health Center Kec.Gantarang Kab.Bulukumba majority is at the level of less knowledge, as many as 30 people (100%)

Abstract

Knowledge of the impact of early marriage will help adolescents as the nation's future youth to be better able to organize their lives by taking the right steps. Early marriage occurs in adolescents with an age range under 20 years of age. This study aims to determine the knowledge of young women about early marriage in SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba. This research is a descriptive study. The sample in this study were all 49 students of class X IS obtained by total sampling. Based on the results of the research on the description of the knowledge of young women about early marriage in SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba through three aspects, namely understanding, causes and impacts. Based on the understanding of 49 respondents, 21 respondents (42.8%) wrote good knowledge, then 28 respondents (57.2%) who had sufficient knowledge and 0 respondents (0%) who had less knowledge indicated that the respondents' knowledge was in the good category. II respondents (22.4%) have good knowledge, then 36 respondents (73.5%) who have sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents (4.1%) who have less knowledge, this shows that the respondents' knowledge is in the sufficient category. Based on the impact of 49 respondents, 27 respondents (55.1%) who had good knowledge, 20 respondents (40.8%) who had sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents (4.1%) who had less knowledge, showed that the respondents' knowledge was in the good category.

Abstract

Fast food is chosen because it is served fast so it saves times and can be served anytime and anywhere, a hygienic serving and serving place, is considered prestigious food, modern food, as well as slang food for young people. In Indonesia it has been found with certainty, but research conducted by the Directorate of Community Nutrition, the ministry of Health of the Republic Of Indonesia, recorded an estimated 210 million people in Indonesia in 2000, the number of people who are overweight is estimated to be 76,7 million people and obese people are more than 9.8 million. To find out how student knowledge about the impact of fast food in Akbid Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a total sample of 48 people and the sampling technique is total sampling. Of the 48 respondents there were students who had good knowledge as many as 43 students (89,58%), students who had sufficient knowledge were 4 students (8,33%), and students who had less knowledge were 1 student (2,09%). Most of the respondents have good knowledge as many as 43 people about the impact of fast food on Akbid Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba

Abstract

The background : Pain is a problem that is often found in a patient post sectio of caesarea. It was caused by the presence of a stretch the muscles of the uterus and the abdomen after insisional on the network effect anasetesi missing. Pain management non pharmacological can be done by means of guided imagery. Guided imagery is one method of controlling pain are part of cognitive-behavioral. The purpose of this technique that is to provide comfort, change the psychology to reduce the perception of pain and optimalitation bodily functions. The purpose of evaluate the effectiveness guided imagery therapy against intensity of pain to post section of caesarea. Carried out search of articles on pubmed and google scholar. The search was expanded by using a technique citation pearl growing.Study published in english and indonesian language in 2010-2020 being considered to be included in the reviewed. The data extracted by writers and summarized use of p extraction data from JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute). Obtained 3 study entering review criteria. The guided imagery: Therapy effective to reduce pain post sectio of caesarea. Engineering guided imagery can be given 1 first hour of sectio caesarea post in a patient manner invited to imagine a nice thing, therapy guided imagery can be collected during 15-20 minutes a guided imagery therapy than other techniques of relaxation as to excite optimistic; increase confidence and relaxation and rest in deprive cycle, fear, tension pain; increase endorphin natural; and reduce fatigue the guided imagery therapy also do not need any fees, easy, by respondents and caused no side effects.
